The researcher must adhere to the rules of academic integrity and honesty, documenting references and sources in a scientific, academic manner with complete accuracy and honesty. They must also adhere to acceptable limits for quotation, refrain from falsifying or distorting results for any purpose, and only attribute their own thoughts and efforts to themselves.

The researcher must not use scientific research for non-scientific purposes, such as political purposes, personal interests, favoritism, or flattering an official, body, or institution, regardless of its status.

Researchers wishing to publish in the journal must adhere to the ethics of scientific research published in this memorandum below when preparing their scientific research, as follows:

When selecting a research topic, the researcher must ensure that it is appropriate to their experience, skills, and physical and psychological capabilities.

The researcher must choose research topics that meet the needs of institutions, society, and the environment, and contribute to solving them and developing society.

The researcher must prepare and write their scientific research in accordance with internationally recognized academic scientific research procedures.

The researcher must ensure that the sources relied upon in their research are reliable scientific sources, and that these sources are fully or partially related to the scientific research problem, so that they are useful for the scientific study and do not constitute a deviation from it.

One of the most important duties of a scientific researcher is to rely on the scientific method or methods appropriate to the research topic or problem. This must be done impartially, free from personal biases, while choosing appropriate research tools and statistical methods that help achieve accurate research results.

It is essential to accurately highlight the efforts of everyone who contributed to the research, in accordance with academic norms and traditions. Names should not be used for the sake of courtesy or favoritism, and the order in which researchers’ names appear in joint research should be based on their efforts and level of participation.

The researcher must respect human dignity and refrain from violating human rights and dignity when conducting research.

Journal Editorial Board Ethics Direction of Research Submitted for Publication

The journal’s editorial board must adhere to the ethics of scientific research published in this memorandum below regarding scientific research submitted for publication in the journal. These ethics are as follows:

The journal’s editorial board must adhere to the rules of confidentiality and objectivity in the peer review process, for both the researcher and the peer reviewers. Each peer review must be referred to two peer reviewers, accredited by the journal and experienced and highly specialized in the research topic, for evaluation according to the peer review form. In the event of a discrepancy between the peer reviewers, the editorial board will refer the research to another peer reviewer.

The editorial board must select two reliable peer reviewers with proven scientific experience and competence, who are specialists in the same field as the research to be peer reviewed.

The editorial board must adhere to the principle of non-discrimination in accepting research. The acceptance process applies across all disciplines. It must not reject research based on its intellectual content, or based on discrimination based on the researcher’s race, gender, religious beliefs, or political philosophy.

The Editor-in-Chief must treat the names of the reviewers and their reports with complete confidentiality and only disclose them to the members of the Editorial Board, who also treat them with complete confidentiality.

The Editorial Board must adhere to integrity in making the final decision regarding the publication of scientific research submitted for publication in its scientific field after reviewing the opinions of the reviewers.

The Editorial Board must inform the researcher of its approval to publish the research without modification or subject to specific modifications, based on the contents of the review reports, or its apology for not publishing, stating the reasons for not publishing.

The Editorial Board is committed to the scientific integrity of the journal by publishing research based on its importance, clarity, accuracy, and compliance with the journal’s publication requirements.

Ethics of arbitrators during the arbitration process

Reviewers assigned to review scientific research submitted for publication in the journal must adhere to the ethics mentioned below during the review process, as follows:
