The Journal’s Arbitration and Publication Mechanism: Research submitted for publication in the journal undergoes several arbitration steps, as follows:
The Editor-in-Chief receives the research and refers it to the editorial board member specializing in the research field for initial evaluation.
Research submitted to the journal undergoes a preliminary review by the editorial board member to determine its eligibility for arbitration (in accordance with Form No. (3-2) and Form No. (4-2) attached to these regulations). The editorial board member has the right to decline acceptance of the research if it is found unsuitable for publication in the journal for any reason, such as violation of publication conditions, technical requirements, or formal requirements.
The researcher will be notified within one week of submitting their research of the initial arbitration results. If there are any comments, they will be asked to make the required amendments to the research (in accordance with Form No. (7-2) attached to these regulations).
After initial review by an editorial board member specializing in the field of research submitted for publication and ensuring that the research meets the journal’s publication requirements, the editor-in-chief proposes the name of a referee specializing in the field of research to the editor-in-chief (in accordance with Form No. (3-2) attached to these regulations).
The editor-in-chief prepares a letter of assignment for the referee, attaching the research and the referee form to it, and sends it to the referee (in accordance with Forms No. (5-2), No. (6-2), and No. (4-2) attached to these regulations).
The editorial board receives the research from the referee after reviewing it, reviews the results of the review, and takes the necessary measures.
The researcher will be notified of the review results and will be asked to amend any comments made (in accordance with Form No. (7-2) attached to these regulations).
The editor-in-chief will send a letter of thanks and appreciation to the reviewer for their efforts in reviewing the research (in accordance with Form No. (8-2) attached to these regulations).
If the research is not accepted for publication, the research will not be returned to the researcher, nor will the researcher be informed of the reasons for the rejection.
