The journal publishes original studies and innovative, sound scientific research written in a systematic, scientific style, adhering to objectivity, accuracy, and seriousness.
The research submitted for publication in the journal must not have been previously published or submitted for publication in another journal, and must not be borrowed from a dissertation or thesis submitted by the applicant.
The research must be characterized by depth and originality in its topic, methodology, presentation, and sources, consistent with its title. It must be free of redundancies, be grammatically correct, and be accurately documented.
It must adhere to the principles, rules, and formalities of scientific research in terms of presentation style, terminology, and documentation of sources and references in complete data for publication.
The research submitted for publication must include the following main sections: (Abstract in Arabic and English, Keywords, Introduction, Problem, Objectives, Significance, Theoretical Framework (Literature), Practical Framework, Results, Recommendations, or Conclusion of the Research, and a List of References and Sources).
Studies and research must be written in Arabic. Studies written in a foreign language are acceptable, provided they are accompanied by an Arabic abstract.
The research must be written in correct language, free of spelling, linguistic, grammatical, and typographical errors.

Adherence to the ethics of scientific research stipulated in Articles (17) and (18) of these regulations must be adhered to.
The first page must include the title of the research, the researcher’s full name, academic qualifications, and degree, as well as the name of the department, college, and university.
A summary of the research in Arabic and English, not to exceed (250) words for each language.
Keywords must be included after the abstract.
Research papers must be submitted in print on one side of A4 paper and numbered sequentially, including tables, figures, images, charts, and a list of sources and references, provided that the number of pages does not exceed (20). Research papers must also be submitted in addition to the printed version, stored on a CD.
The research must adhere to the ethics of scientific research mentioned in Articles (17). The research must be written in Microsoft Word, and the font in Arabic must be (Simplified Arabic), and in English, in Times New Roman. Line spacing must be (1.5) spaces between lines, and the font size must be (16) for headings and (14) for subheadings. (18) of these regulations.
Marginalization: The sources and references cited by the researcher in the text of the research are referred to by serial numbers. These sources and references are written at the end of the research and arranged according to what was referred to in the text of the research. The journal also accepts research whose scope requires following the marginalization system called the American Psychological Association style (Harvard style).
