Research Arbitration Criteria

Research submitted to the journal undergoes a preliminary review by the editorial board to determine its eligibility for peer review within one week of receipt. The editorial board reserves the right to decline acceptance of research if it is deemed unsuitable for publication in the journal for any reason, such as a violation of publication conditions, technical requirements, or formal requirements.

Research submitted to the journal is reviewed using a plagiarism detection software to improve the quality of scientific writing.

Research submitted for publication in the journal is subject to confidential scientific and linguistic peer review by two specialized professors selected by the editorial board. The peer review is conducted in accordance with Forms No. (3-2), No. (6-2), and No. (4-2) attached to these regulations.

If a research is rejected by one of the peer reviewers, the editorial board may seek the assistance of a third peer reviewer, whose review is final.

 

Research Review Criteria

The process of reviewing research for approval for publication in the journal is conducted according to a set of sound research principles, conditions, and criteria to verify the integrity and validity of the research content. To ensure high quality, the criteria are based on the following points:

The research content must contribute to a scientific contribution and a qualitative leap in scientific research and the research specialty.

There must be consistency and integration between the research title and its credibility, which in turn reflects the research content.

The research problem must be clear, and there must be a coherence in the mechanism of presenting it in a distinctive and creative manner.

It must be verified that the research tools used are appropriate, and that the research procedures are appropriate to the nature and content of the scientific research.

It is necessary to measure the credibility of the research, the methods and mechanisms for presenting data, and the nature of the procedures for analyzing and interpreting it.

The research summary must fully represent the content of the scientific research, and the results must be consistent with the research objectives.

It must be ensured that the references and sources used are sufficient and consistent with the nature of the research problem, and that they are used appropriately and efficiently.

The research content must comply with the terms and conditions for publication in the journal mentioned in Articles (9) and (10) of these regulations (according to Form No. (1-1), in the case of research in Arabic, and Form No. (2-1), in the case of research in a foreign language, attached to these regulations).
